Automated Digital Twin System for Central Power Station Turbine Units

The network infrastructure of the ASC-TU (Automated System for Digital Twins of Turbine Units) is designed to provide communication between equipment at the second and third levels of automation of the ASC-TU subsystem, as well as to provide communication channels for system workstations up to the server equipment switches.

SYSTEM FUNCTIONALITY

Technical solutions for the network infrastructure provide communication across the following groups:

Integration via CIS and DMZ

Communication through the client's Corporate Information System (CIS) and a dedicated demilitarized zone (DMZ).

Direct connection via CIS

Communication through the client's Corporate Information System (CIS) without using a demilitarized zone.

Energy performance visualization

Visualization of current values for key energy performance indicators of the units' operation.

Monitoring with mimic diagrams

Collection, processing, storage, and visualization of technological and diagnostic indicators of energy equipment operation in the form of mimic diagrams, tables, and graphs, with authorized access provided to users.

Reporting on turbine equipment

Generation of reports on the operating modes of equipment in the turbine sections of generating stations.
