Expansion of the automatic control and optimization system for the operation modes of the Central Power Plant boiler section based on the development of digital gas-dynamic models for calculating boiler unit operation charts and real-time detection of air infiltration points

Network infrastructure

The information network is built on the basis of active network equipment, copper, and fiber-optic communication lines, including linear and cross-connect parts. To connect the equipment, switches are installed in existing network cabinets. A DMZ zone is allocated in the network. The DMZ zone is connected to the Enterprise Management System and APCS networks using two firewalls. The cross-connect part of the network consists of a fiber-optic link (FOCL) and structured cabling system (SCS) administration subsystem; it is built on the basis of fiber-optic cords and copper connecting cords. Fiber-optic connecting cords, patch cords, or cables are used for switching and connecting equipment
