Investigation of accident causes. Development of training stands for the Safety School

Training simulators for occupational health and industrial safety

TRAINING STANDS

Impact of heavy objects on footwear
Demonstrates how a falling load destroys safety footwear and shows the consequences of working without it. The stand features a drop height adjustment system and interchangeable footwear samples. Useful for warehouses, construction sites, rigging operations, and metallurgical workshops.
Entanglement of clothing in rotating machinery
Demonstrates how a glove, coverall sleeve, or piece of clothing instantly winds around rotating parts. The stand is equipped with a transparent protective screen for safe observation. Useful for lathes, milling machines, rolling mills, conveyors, and mixers.
Electric shock
Simulates a spark discharge upon touching ungrounded equipment at a safe voltage (up to 36V). The stand provides a vivid visual arc and sound effect, convincingly illustrating the danger even at low voltages. Useful for electrical shops, repair services, and any production facility with electrical installations.

Goals and objectives

Training simulators are designed to visually demonstrate real production hazards. Unlike video lectures or posters, these simulators allow employees to "experience" the consequences of violating safety rules without real health risks. The primary goal is to develop sustainable safe behavior habits and improve the overall safety culture.
