Continuous Casting Machine (CCM) rolls
We manufacture and restore rollers for continuous casting machines (CCM) using our developed protective coating. The coating increases resistance to thermal fatigue, abrasive wear, and scale formation, extending the maintenance interval of the rollers by 1.5–2 times. This reduces downtime for casting machines and lowers expenses for imported spare parts.
System elements
We produce elements for hydraulic, lubrication, cooling, and other industrial systems: housings, flanges, adapters, nozzles, and protective casings. Applying our protective coating to internal and external surfaces prevents erosion, corrosion, and deposit buildup, extending system service life and reducing the frequency of emergency shutdowns.
Metallurgical equipment components
We provide manufacturing and restoration for a wide range of parts and assemblies: gears, shafts, frames, bearing housings, and drive and transport elements. The developed coating application technology allows for restoring the geometry of worn surfaces without loss of strength and with improved anti-friction properties. Suitable for equipment in blast furnace, steelmaking, rolling, and auxiliary shops.
Spare parts (over 5,000 items)
Our production covers over 5,000 types of spare parts for industrial equipment, ranging from small fasteners and gaskets to large housing components. Each item can be additionally protected with a coating upon the customer's request. This allows enterprises to promptly replace worn elements, reducing import dependence and lowering inventory levels.
