We manufacture and restore rollers for continuous casting machines (CCM) using our developed protective coating. The coating increases resistance to thermal fatigue, abrasive wear, and scale formation, extending the maintenance interval of the rollers by 1.5–2 times. This reduces downtime for casting machines and lowers expenses for imported spare parts.

We produce elements for hydraulic, lubrication, cooling, and other industrial systems: housings, flanges, adapters, nozzles, and protective casings. Applying our protective coating to internal and external surfaces prevents erosion, corrosion, and deposit buildup, extending system service life and reducing the frequency of emergency shutdowns.

We provide manufacturing and restoration for a wide range of parts and assemblies: gears, shafts, frames, bearing housings, and drive and transport elements. The developed coating application technology allows for restoring the geometry of worn surfaces without loss of strength and with improved anti-friction properties.
