COMPANY HISTORY
2018
The company was founded on the joint initiative of the executives of PJSC MMK and Nosov Magnitogorsk State Technical University (NMSTU). The main mission of the company became the implementation of R&D and Industry 4.0 technologies.
2019
An industrial passive exoskeleton was developed, and a prototype began testing at PJSC MMK. The company received the status of a small enterprise.
2020
Company expansion, creation of a sales department initiated. Participation of more than 30 Doctors and Candidates of Sciences in project implementation. Active implementation of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) technology at PJSC MMK pumping stations.
2021
The portfolio of LLC R&D MGTU includes more than 15 completed projects. The most innovative among them were the development of a gas emission recognition system at coke oven batteries, a digital model of a concentrate blending yard, and an intelligent mill fire extinguishing system.
2022
Active development of key areas. Projects such as an automatic steam boiler control system, a vibration diagnostics system, pump restoration using plasma-powder surfacing, and cleaning of heat exchange equipment using bioorganic compositions were implemented. The crop optimization system won the "Digital Project of the Year 2022" award. The staff consists of 35 employees.
2023
A landmark year for the company. In July, the company received the status of a resident of the Skolkovo Innovation Center. Opening of a new office in Magnitogorsk. The project "Automation of oil leak detection using digital twins of the hydraulic system" received the "Digital Project of the Year 2023" award. The number of employees increased to 40.
2024
The project "Modernization of the automatic geometric parameter measurement system" (import substitution of German technology) received the federal award "Priority: Digital 2025". The implementation of solutions for vibration diagnostics, reverse engineering, and energy service contracts at Russia's largest metallurgical plants continues.
2025
The company developed over 3,000 units of design and engineering documentation in the field of reverse engineering of foreign equipment. The project "Personnel positioning in industrial workshops" won the "IT Project of the Year in Metallurgy" nomination. R&D in the field of mathematical modeling of thermal processes and protective coatings for graphite electrodes was completed. The staff consists of 55 employees.
