ABOUT THE ROBOTIC COMPLEX
An automated industrial robot is used for sampling and monitoring temperature indicators in blast furnace production processes. Its design is engineered to ensure high reliability and continuous operation under the extreme conditions of the metallurgical industry.
Preparation
The operator loads samplers into a special storage magazine.
System startup
The operator initiates a loop check of the manipulator zone and starts the robotic complex.
Sampling
The manipulator moves the sampler and immerses it into the liquid metal, then into a discharge container.
Temperature control
Temperature measurement is performed online by a pyrometer, with data sent to the APCS.
