ABOUT THE ROBOTIC COMPLEX
This modern industrial robot is designed to automate high-precision sampling and temperature measurement processes in molten steel within electric arc furnaces. Preparation
The operator installs the sampler/thermocouple onto specialized tooling from a safe distance behind a protective shelter.
Activation
The operator initiates the robotic complex program.
Immersion
The industrial manipulator moves the sampler/thermocouple to the observation window of the electric arc furnace.
Data collection
The consumable block is immersed into the molten metal for sampling/temperature measurement.
Return
The industrial manipulator moves the sampler/thermocouple to the shelter for further dispatch to the laboratory.
