High positioning accuracy
The system determines object coordinates with an error of just a few centimeters (depending on the technology: UWB, laser triangulation, or combined with inertial sensors). This allows for unambiguous identification of cranes, loaders, metal stacks, or personnel in environments with smoke, dust, or obstructions where GPS fails. High precision eliminates misaddressed cargo and equipment collisions.
Large operating range
A single base station covers a radius of up to 500–1000 meters (in open warehouses) or 50–100 meters in indoor workshops with metal structures. This eliminates the need for frequent installation of additional receivers, saving on cabling and mounting costs. Such a range allows for tracking positions along the entire route of raw materials and finished goods without "blind zones."
Flexibility and autonomy
Modular versatility: the same compact radio tags or laser reflectors can be attached to any equipment (electric forklifts, overhead cranes, AGVs) and personnel (helmets, vests). Modules function within a single ecosystem and are easily reassignable. Autonomous power: built-in batteries ensure continuous tag operation for up to 1–3 years without charging (for active UWB), or completely passive reflectors require no power at all. This provides total installation freedom — no wiring to moving objects is needed, reducing maintenance costs and downtime.
