Cleaned condenser of the steam-water power plant
As a result of applying the technology, it was possible to completely remove long-term deposits (scale, corrosion products, organic contaminants) from the internal surfaces of the condenser. Cleaning was performed without dismantling the equipment and without damaging the protective metal layer. This allowed for the restoration of the heat exchange capacity to design values.
Reduced steam consumption at the power plant
Due to improved heat transfer and stabilized operating modes after cleaning, the specific steam consumption at the steam-water power plant decreased. Steam savings reach 8–12%, which directly reduces fuel costs and increases the overall efficiency of heat and electricity generation.
