Vibration diagnostics system for technological units of a section mill using IIoT technologies
PURPOSE
Automatic monitoring of vibration and temperature parameters, performing automatic diagnostics of equipment technical condition with indication of the type and degree of defect development, as well as predictive data analysis. This allows for prompt control of unit operation parameters, troubleshooting, and forecasting of residual service life using predictive models, reducing repair and maintenance costs, as well as increasing mill reliability and reducing unplanned equipment downtime.
Data collection via IIoT
Collection of operational information on the technical condition of technological equipment based on IIoT and local cloud services.
Predictive analysis and diagnostics
Operational and predictive analysis of received parameters regarding technical condition and equipment operation modes in automatic and automated modes for fault diagnostics and preventing equipment failure.
Visualization for the operator
Local visualization of objective information regarding the technical condition of equipment for the mill operator.
Remote online access
Providing remote online access to the system from workstations located within the customer's corporate network.
