We manufacture and restore rollers for Continuous Casting Machines (CCM) of any type — supporting, segment, pulling, and straightening rollers. We employ cladding technology using wear-resistant materials and apply protective coatings that increase the service life of rollers by 1.5–2 times compared to standard ones. We restore the geometry of journals and bearing seats, and replace bearing assemblies. We ensure a reduction in downtime for casting machines and lower costs for imported spare parts.

We produce a full line of cooling system elements for CCMs: nozzles, headers, tube sheets, adapters, branch pipes, and high-pressure flexible hoses. The parts are made from corrosion-resistant steels and alloys that are resistant to temperature fluctuations and the effects of water-oil emulsions. If necessary, we develop blueprints based on a sample or sketch.

We manufacture parts and assemblies for blast furnace, steelmaking, rolling, and auxiliary shops: gears, shafts, frames, bearing housings, traverses, couplings, flanges, and drive spindles. We work according to customer blueprints and also perform reverse engineering to restore missing documentation. We use modern metal-cutting equipment (turning, milling, and electrical discharge machines), heat treatment, and surface hardening.

The nomenclature includes over 5,000 items: fasteners, gaskets, seals, bushings, covers, pans, pipes, adapters, and components for drives and transport systems. Many items are in stock, and others are made to order within 1 day to 3 weeks, depending on complexity. We provide a full cycle — from material procurement to finishing. We supply parts both individually and in batches for emergency stock or planned maintenance.
