Work stages

PDD Development

Specialists with design experience (including university teaching staff) perform 3D modeling, sketching, and blueprint development of any complexity, including the use of 3D scanning. Standards compliance check is performed: the accuracy of blueprints and specifications is verified, as well as the completeness and quality of project design documentation, with subsequent feedback provided to the customer. Then, the documentation is coordinated directly with the shop personnel operating the equipment before being handed over to the customer in paper and electronic formats.

Engineering

Reverse engineering to restore the technological manufacturing path for parts or assemblies based on chemical, structural, and mechanical property analysis.

Manufacturing

Milling, turning, electrical discharge machining (EDM), welding and surfacing work, heat treatment, surface grinding, laser marking, nitriding, nitrocarburizing.

Testing

Installation and operational testing of the finished product. Monitoring and control of the required operational parameters of the item. Preparation of the test certificate for the part manufactured via reverse engineering.
